I am pleased to introduce Nurse Practitioner, Victoria Chaudhary<\/a> as a new addition to my growing practice!<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n

Victoria received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from USF and is nationally board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has been working in the healthcare field for over 9 years providing care to patients and their families.<\/p>\r\n

Victoria is compassionate, empathetic and an excellent listener who combines the best of medicine and nursing to formulate effective, patient-centered, and holistic treatments. Working closely with Dr. Selle, she provides care to new and existing patients \u2014 addressing needs such as urgent and non-urgent follow-up appointments, preventative exams, and follow-up communication such as call backs and patient portal messages. She also performs women\u2019s health annual exams, Pap smears, etc.<\/p>\r\n

Outside the office, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband and two small children. She likes to go biking, hiking, and traveling the world.<\/p>\r\n

\u00a0What is a nurse practitioner?<\/p>\r\n

Nurse Practitioners (NPs) are healthcare providers that deliver a unique blend of nursing and medical care. As primary care providers they assist patients in making better lifestyle and healthcare decisions. NPs can either have a master\u2019s degree or doctorate degree (DNP).\u00a0 NPs can prescribe medications, order labs and x-rays, diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, infections and injuries, and manage patient care.
